Jere’

Jeré has been in dentistry over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge. Because of her extensive knowledge, Jeré is a key player in onboarding all new team members. As our Business Manager, she assists Dr. Green with all financial aspects of the business. Jeré also works with you and your insurance company to ensure we have correct benefit information, claims are accurate and paid in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding your insurance or treatment, Jeré would be more than happy to answer them for you. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Courtney

Courtney is the perfect blend of precision, efficiency, and a warm, patient-centered approach to care. She oversees our clear aligner department and is the go-to expert for Invisalign® and digital workflows with her extensive experience in iTero scanning, treatment planning, refinements, and aligner delivery.

With her deep knowledge, Courtney helps patients feel confident and informed throughout their smile transformation, while supporting her team with streamlined systems and clinical excellence. She takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming environment that prioritizes both outstanding clinical results and genuine patient relationships. She and her husband reside in Aledo, where they’re loving life with their two children and staying actively involved in their family and community.

Diane

Diane is originally from Chicago, but began her love for dentistry when she moved to beautiful Fort Worth five years ago. She has worked in account management for nearly three decades and brings that experience to help patients achieve their best smile. She spends her time away from the office with her loving husband and three very busy kids, traveling and exploring new places.

Carli

When you walk through our doors, the first person to greet you with a warm smile is Carli. With her excellent communication skills, and caring personality, she sets the tone for the positive, professional experience we want every visitor to have. Whether she’s helping you check in, scheduling an appointment, or simply offering a kind word, she makes sure your day is a little brighter. Carli went to Texas Tech University, where she got her degree in Marketing & Management with a minor in communications and customer relationship management. When Carli is not at work she enjoys spending her time with family and friends. She has a goldendoodle Leighli who is always by her side & she enjoys taking her on walks.

Jessica

Jessica began her dental career as a dental assistant while still in high school, and went on to earn her dental hygiene degree from the College of Southern Nevada in 2008. Originally from Summerville, South Carolina, she has worked in dentistry for over two decades and with Dr. Green since 2010. She loves educating patients and helping them see what’s possible for their smile and oral health.

Jessica especially enjoys the cosmetic side of dentistry and supporting patients as they overcome dental fears and gain confidence. She takes pride in fully standing behind the doctors she works with and the thoughtful, life-changing dentistry they provide.

Outside the office, you’ll often find her doing CrossFit, hiking, biking, traveling, or with her husband, cheering on their kids, Logan and Landri,e at sporting events. The best part of Jessica’s life is any time spent with her family, playing and traveling together.

Tiffany

Tiffany is a proud mother to three boys and one girl, plus a wonderful bonus daughter. With two grandbaby boys, her free time is filled with love and joy alongside her husband. There is nothing more important to Tiffany than making memories with her family. She also thrives on live music, one amazing concert experience at a time.

Kelci

Kelci is a Registered Dental Hygienist that joined our office in the summer of 2011. She is a graduate of Howard College. She lights up the room with her positive outlook and radiant smile! Her compassionate attitude and efficiency take the stress away from her patients’ visits. Kelci and her husband Dave, who is a Weatherford Firefighter, have two young kids, Rhett Rooster and Bristol Baker. They also have 2 Yellow Labradors, Roadie and Allie. In her free time, she loves doing anything athletic, including running, wakesurfing and crossfit.

Katherine "Kat"

Katherine “Kat” Hazelip is a South Fort Worth native who began her dental career after graduating from ATI Trade School in 2008 as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Kat started her career with Dr. Green before spending more than a decade advancing her skills in oral surgery. She earned her Oral Surgery Assistant (OMSA) certification in 2014, along with ACLS and CPR certifications, and has continued her education in advanced surgical techniques. We’ve loved having her back since 2024, bringing valuable surgical experience with her.

Kat loves working with oral surgery and dental implants and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported. She also enjoys teaching and mentoring others on the team.

Outside the office, Kat enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her church. She and her husband, Paul, have two teenage daughters, Katelynn and Abbey. Kat says what makes her smile most is knowing she’s making a difference in her patients’ lives, not to mention family, friends, and WWE.

Denell

Denell has been in the dental profession for over 20 years. Born and raised in Colorado, she began as a dental assistant before earning her Associates in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tarrant County College in 2014. She is also laser certified, which further enhances her skills in patient care.

Denell has been part of Dr. Green’s practice for 8 years. She loves building meaningful, trusting relationships with her patients and seeing positive changes in their lives.

Outside of the office, Denell and her husband, Brian, love the outdoors. On the weekends, you’ll usually find them boating or off-roading. She and Brian have been married 14 years and share a blended family, giving her three daughters, a stepdaughter, two stepsons, and a growing number of grandchildren.

Denell loves the fact that she’s both a patient and an employee of FWCFD, where she feels right at home with a team she loves like family.

Jackson

Tallie

Tallie has worked as a Medical Assistant since 2011 and joined the fun at FWCFD in 2014. She is our Jill-of-all-trades and learns new things daily, from helping Jere’ with insurance claims to working in the model room. Tallie isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty–she pours impressions for the lab and makes whitening trays, retainers, and nightguards. She is involved in some of the first steps toward our patients’ joyful journeys to better oral health and enjoys being a positive part of these life-changing dental experiences. When Tallie is away from the office, she and her husband, Richard, are very active wrangling the three beautiful and silly young girls God has blessed them with: Mollie, Magnolia, and Madison.

Kelsi

Kelsi is from Southern California and moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in January of 2022 with her husband, Derrick, whom she married in April of 2019. After moving here to Texas, they welcomed twins into the world; one boy and one girl, who’ve kept them busy in the best ways. When she’s not working, Kelsi loves soaking up time with her family and friends and going to F45 classes. Oh, and don’t forget about their first baby, their sweet goldendoodle Bennett.

Bianca

Bianca is a mother of 2 lovely kids. She was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, but now Fort Worth is what she calls home. She has been apart of FWCFD for a little more than 5 years now. She started out as the sterile tech to hygiene assistant and she is now a chair-side RDA. She loves what she does so much, that she is currently attending TCC for prerequisites to become a dental hygienist, one day. When she is not studying, doing homework, or working Bianca enjoys spending her free time with family.

Izzy

Ever since Izzy was a kid, she knew she wanted to work in the dental field. She attended the Texas Academy of Dental Assisting to get her RDA license and is now fulfilling her lifelong dream as a dental assistant at our amazing office. Izzy was born and raised in Michigan, but loves venturing to new places and exploring her new home of Fort Worth whenever she can. She has two cats named Pumpkin and Oakie.

Brittany

Born and raised in Texas, Brittany is a proud dental hygienist with two decades in the dental industry, over a decade as a hygienist. She loves what she does and is certified in dental lasers, nitrous oxide, and basic life-saving/CPR, and is currently earning her Master’s in Public Health. She’s also a proud mom to a Tarleton State graduate who is now teaching 3rd grade. Serving her community through health, education, and prevention is close to Brittany’s heart. She’s grateful for a career that lets her build relationships every day, and would not trade it for anything. Outside of the office, Brittany loves to read, hang out with her family and friends, and needlepoint. She’d love to talk to you about teeth, books, or 80s music!
